My doctors have changed my medications this past week. Whenever I go to pick it, they proclaim that they havent recieved the orders. So I have to call my doctors and get them to resend the orders again (this has happened multiple times). Then when I call about certain prescriptions, I met with rude hateful responses by whomever answers the phone in pharmacy. I am very disappointed in CVS.
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★May 16, 2020, by Jeffery SloanTransferred new Rx from Walgreens to CVS. Everything was smooth. Young man with beard in pharmacy..the tech on duty..I think his name is Gavin. Now that guy is going places. Great demeanor. Fantastic customer service skills... explained everything and went above n beyond for me. Five stars!
